Domestic Shipping (Jordan):

• Orders are shipped the next day after confirmation.
• Orders placed on Thursday will be shipped on Saturday, as Friday is our day off.
• We offer reliable and fast shipping within Jordan.

Global Shipping:

• International orders take between 7-14 days to arrive, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping Fees:

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving confirmation.

Delays:
While we aim for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances (weather, holidays, etc.) may cause delays. Please allow extra time for your order during these periods.

Order Tracking:
For international shipments only, Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
